Feb 26, 2010 She's some van! Meet the 1994 Chevy Astro Gladiator that stole our hearts: She's 10 feet tall and 20 feet wide and can swallow volkswagons in a single bite. She's got the cushiest seats and the best smell in the world. She's a V6 so one day we might have a trailer. She's a beaut. The record is going well. Still working on new songs even. We'll be playing lots of new songs on our travels. Lots and lots of new songs. Do you guys still want to hear the old ones? We still like playing them as long as you still want to hear them. Hope to see you out. Feb 05, 2010 this was found on the internet just like you and i are found on the internet.

Jan 5, 2010 Happy New Year! Thank you to everyone who came out to our Dec 29th show in Fredericton and our NYE show home in Halifax. It's fun to play brand-new songs for brand-new outfits. You all look terrific. Excited this year for the ECMA's. We were lucky enough to get a nod for Alternative Album of the Year. We'll be showcasing a couple of times. We'll be sure to give a schedule as soon as it comes out. Aside from that, we're getting back to recording very soon. Have something to share very soon. New photos soon with Halifax's Julé Malet-Veale. She does great work with Tanya Davis, and we're going to get in on that thunder. Last night I dreamed I was a millionaire and opened a restaurant for everyone to eat at for free. It made sense in the dream. Thank you again. For last year. If we didn't say it enough. Thank you for coming out to the shows. Thank you for supporting our hiadus' when we played with other bands. Thank you for encouraging and inspiring. Here's some stuff we're listening to a lot of in the winter days |
Nov 20, 2009 Oh, I should mention that we lost a dear comerade on the way back from Pop Montreal back in October. Our band wagon. The maroon bus. It now rests in La Pocatiere, Quebec with a blown head gaskette. What a great machine! Never left us stranded once; well, except on the way back from Pop Montreal. We really lucked out and it was a lot of laughs as we loaded all of our gear into the van we picked up for $200 at Garage Lorenzo and continued on, no more than one hour and a half after the fatal van moment. Hello friends home and abroad, |
